When a local planning authority (City of York Council) receives a planning application it is bound by law to publicise it and to consult with the local parish council. Rawcliffe Parish Council is proactive in examining the planning applications presented to it and discussing each application, on its merits and in line with current planning law and guidance, at a parish council meeting
Planning applications and all associated documents can be viewed on the City of York Council website at: https://planningaccess.york.gov.uk/online-applications/
